Well it was 2 calendar days, 11 hours of work.
I work on the weirdest stuff.
This thing was getting stuck frequently. To the tune of once a week. I bailed them out 3 times. That is how I got the work.
Had to remove both axles and found cracked welds on the axle hangers, so I had to start over at the frame.
Stripped it to the frame. Added two 5 feet long 2x1.5 spacers under the frame on both sides. New hangers with gussets and reinstalled the axles with new brake connections.
Have you figured out what it was?
It was a mobile coffee trailer. They spent $20k on it 9 months ago. Have paid me $3.4k to upgrade or repair stuff over the last 2 months.
