Well it has come to an end. After 3+ years of work on the truck my dad has decided to sell it :(

It is a custom one of a kind must see rig. Redone from the ground up. Started life as a 1975 1 ton, crew cab, dually, toolbox, work truck with a 350-TH400-NP205. Well it isn't anymore. It is emission exempt in AZ.

The list of mods are as follows and have less than 5000 miles on them (except where noted)

Previous owner ditched the 350 for a 454 (good compression, no problems, actual milage unkown).

Front clip and doors (all power locks and windows) are off of a clean 1987 suburban.
Bed is off of a 1978 short bed pickup. 16" of frame was removed from the middle, and 8" off of the rear to acomodate the short bed.

There isn't anything needed for this truck to become somebody elses DD/tow rig. It is a great looking and running truck. My sis and I don't do the family thing often (both in college now) so my parents are going to down size (looking for an extended cab shortbed 4x4 now)

Asking $12,200 OBO, and money talks BS walks (to quote Rob).

I am really sad. The truck just doesn't fit into my parents lifestyle (it was originally built for my mom as a DD at her request). It has a lot of blood and sweat in it and we just finished it about 7 months ago.

Unique for sure. I've heard people talking about doing something like that. I knew it wasn't as easy as most claimed! You guys did an excellent job. How about some interior, under carrage and engine compartment shots? It might help the sale. Also, what's the story with the paint, it look beautiful.

Where was this like 2 months ago?! Already have my "new" truck, damnit! BTTT for a bad ass ride! :cool1:

You still got it? Any shots of interior, under carrage and engine compartment?

Thanks,

Eric M.

Update... Pics of interior, and new price

$14,000 OBO

I would like to see this go to a good home that understands what this truck actually is. I can make a smokin' deal for the right owner. :D

PM me or e-mail me at [email protected]

I got a good close look at it last month . You guys would be amazed at the level of quality . This one was done right :D:D:D:D

It's a 14bSF?? Why?

And, I'm guessing 4.10's? Lockers, or both open?

SF cause I had one lying around that matched the front end and had to replace the dually D70. Yes, 4.10 gears and open all around.

BUMP (Thanks for helping me out with those parts awhile back, wish I had the cash on hand for this beauty, even though it's not very practical for a kid hauler :D , my hubby saw it in person and said it was awesome!!)

PM Some Pics

Can you PM a couple of pics of the undercarriage and engine bay?
