Custom Dash ?>?>?>?>?>?

I saw a k5 blazer in my town and it had a custom flat alluminium dash, and from what i have heard is that it is a kit that you can buy and it will go right on. Does anyone i mean anyone have ANY idea where on earth i can get one of these dashes. Im sure that i could make one but why if someone already figures it all out. So if you have any ideas, hints, or pointer let me know because i need help. Thank all of you, God Bless You! ​

I'm not convinced this is Butch, but you get the idea.
