Custom Deluxe what dose it mean?

Just another fancy name for ya couldn't afford all the options

Its just a lower level of trim . Silverados and Cheyennes generally had more options standard .

Depends on year. Early in the game (73 - mid 70's) it was the fancy trim line. Later it was the el-cheapo base ... or was that Cheyenne?

Look in the Brochures for your year and you can see all about what came with what trim lines.

Trim options

Cheyenne and Scottsdale were the lower trim levels, and Silverado was always top of the line. "Custom Deluxe" was always the bare bones trim package. Rubber floor mats, AM radio, plain bench seat, you get the picture.

Custom Delux means niether custom or delux. Mine does have ac however.
