Do you have a headliner cab? If so scrape off the old glue and spray glue the flag on there. I've done a couple that way.

Never done a headliner this way but i've done some glue-on fabrics before, so here are my suggestions.
Get a high quality spray on glue with proper temp ratings. Read the directions!
Use a high quality flag made with thicker material so the glue doesn't saturate it and bleed through to the other side.
Iron it first or you'll never get the wrinkles out.
Find a way to pin it at the center line, front and back of the roof, so you know it won't move while you press it in place.
Start in the middle and roll outward.
Get it tight but don't stretch it.
