Custom Length Brake Lines

Hey shane I will be installing an 8" lift. I havent installed the springs or 14 bolt yet have everything just no time at the moment just wanted to get an estimate. Thanks Ramon

Hey Shane I have a 4" rough contry lift (all springs) and will soon have a 3/4 ton 8 lug 10b front and a 14BFF rear how much for a full set front and rear to 02301 or 02302 (which ever is cheaper)?

hey do you have any short line that would work on rear disks? Would like to match my bling fronts with some in the rear. Don't really wanna do the whole rear in flex line, just from the hard line to make the transition to the calapers

$150 for the complete set to either zip code.

I'm sure we could get something made up fairly easily. I just need to know what fitting you will have at the hard line.

85 K30

I am planning the same thing with my rear disc, its the standard fitting (same as going into the block on your ext. rear braided line.) going to 75 k20 calipers on the rear. only need the lines to be ~6" long. clear coating.
shipped to 48082

basically my setup too. Standard 3/4 ton front calapers and only needs to be long enough to make up the movement in the calaper

We can definitely make them. After looking at the usual set up of using a short line w/ a hard line, the lines look like they need to be approx. 12" long to be able to loop the line from the caliper to the axle. 6" really won't even get you to the axle off the caliper.

While they will be cheaper, I don't think we can do it as cheap as buying some stock chevette lines. We can do a complete kit, with all clips and brackets (including one you can weld to the axle) for $60 + shipping.

hmm, ok. Thanks for bein hosest with us. :waytogo:
I'll do some checking but would like to go all steel braided. I was running just stock front lines on the rear but that was pretty ghetto :doah:

Got my lines. seem perfect. definately appreciate the clips & mounts that came with them. I hate chasing those down. The extra gift in the box was nice too =)

I take it you got the calender? My wife calls it "the bathroom calender". :D I have it hanging on the side of my big tool chest.

Hey Shane74 any word on those e-brake cables for the caddy eldo calipers for the 14 bolt.

Ok, I finally got things worked out with a company that specializes in brake cables. We are working on a 1 size fits all e-brake cable set up that uses individually adjustable e-brake cables. They will allow for a good 12"-15" of droop. This should work very well for 4"-10" lift applications. Right now, we are looking at $150 shipped to your door. I will get pics of the cable set up as soon as it arrives.

The older rigs ('68-'79) will need to pick up a dual adjustment bracket and convert over to the newer style to make these work. The individual adjustment is very important for the correct function of the e-brake calipers. The older single pull style does not keep the passenger side caliper adjusted properly.

Yeah. I actually opened the box up in the middle of poker night, so there were 5 guys, and I pull a girly calendar out of my box. They were impressed.

can you give me a quote for front/rear lines for a 91 K5, 4 inches with a d44 front and 14b ff rear.. shipped to 08361
