I bought the rear spring forward hangers for my K30 and installed Alcan springs with military wraps. After installing I noticed thru the big hole on the top part of the bracket that the wrap spring is resting right on the bracket therefore will create rubbing thru the metal.

I wanted to ask if it's possible to get another set of these hangers but with the mounting hole for the spring eye down 1/2" or even 1" lower than the current setup?

I can provide a pic to show the interference if needed.

Here’s pics of my military wraps resting by the hangers. I’d like some new hangers made that put the eye bolts downward 1/2” to clear the wraps.

the military wrap is basically dead weight once it passes the end of the main leaf right? -everything curled above that point is just there as a fail safe in case the main leaf breaks?

i would just enlarge the hole in the hangars to clear the wrap, and then take a flap disc on the edge of the spring wrap and radius the edge or put a 45 degree bevel on it to increase the clearance. I would probably be shooting to have at least as much clearance as the thickness of the bushing? then no back of the mind worries about it rubbing while twisted up, or when the bushings get worn out?

also, would think it would be fairly easy to just weld/fill the current thru-bolt holes on your hangars, and then grind them flat and redrill a 1/2 inch lower? looks like you have a lot of real estate avail to move down on those.

Did you ask ORD if they can alter the design for a one-off set? The hanger looks a lot bigger than your bushings. Why not mill the bolt holes downward into slots and weld the top of the hole shut? If you're willing to take them back off the vehicle, probably any local fab shop could modify them for you.
