Truck is an M1028, 4' tough country spring lift. I originally ordered a crossover kit that had weld-on tube ends but didn't like them so I ordered a high steer tie rod and custom offset drag link from ORD to replace them.
The tie rod fits perfectly with the tire tie rod ends from the other kit (using original bent tie rod to set initial alignment).
I measured 42" center to center from pitman arm hole to steering arm hole, pitman to ground 30.5", steering arm to ground 25.5", and provided that in the order with 7/8-18 thread lh/rh tire rod ends. I didn't have part numbers or an application available to add in for the parts I have on hand.
That led to a 38" cut length when you made the tie rod based on the measurements. 4" less than my center to center measurement, 2" from hole center to lock nut face on each side.
What tie rod ends should I order to make this work, the drag link ends I have on hand are much longer than 2" from the center of the attachment hole to end of the tire rod at lock nut face. The tie rod ends may work, but I don't have part numbers on those too look them up.
