Looks like It might have been. Someone put the 10bolt back in and welded a bar to the bump stop bracket.

That was my other question. I know it's not completely stupid to link a 10 bolt, but I wondered why on that rig. It kinda makes sense now.

did anyone notice the BLOWN apart axle housing were the tube presses in it ? ? ?

I think it got side swiped and this is how he made it roll to just move it for resale over scrap price.
