Cut down runflats Tire damage?

Seems after cutting down the H1 runflats then grinding the edges. There in my opinion looks like you could really tear up the inside of the tire when aired down. I have 37's now. I hear single digit air pressures but with our heavy rigs how do the tires hold up?
 
Are you going to "Air down" or "Go Flat?":confused::confused:

If you've properly cut down the run-flat the tire shouldn't be resting on it. If you've aired down that far the rims will be pinching and most likely damaging the tire sidewalls:doah:
