Leaving Korea soon. The wife bought me a Sawzall. Are there any special metal blades I need to buy I want to cut the rear quarter panels behind the tires.
cutoff wheels take too long. Just rip it off with a sawzall. You might try out the new sawzall blades, can't remember what they're called but the guys on POR say they last a lot longer.
this is muddysub, i used a 4" die grinder to start the cut and finished it with a sawsall, the metal was fine go to the members rides and look at my fender cutting pics. i didn't hack a lot out but mine are purty!
Some of the best blades I've used are "The Torch" blades from Milwuakee. They last a long time and cut like a knife through butter. Get the really fine ones like everyone else said, 18 tpi at the very least. Another great tool is an air powered sawzall. They don't have nearly as much power as the electric ones so they're very easy to control with one hand or in cramped spots where a regular sawzall won't fit.
