I have decided that my next set of tires will be 37 x 13.00 x 17 Boggers. I will need to have them siped, Les Schwab sipes tires but can they handle boggers. Also how can I cut grooves into the tread?

You groove them with a grooving iron. You could hand sipe them with a box cutter, but that gets old real quick.
