I finally installed my Double cardian drive shaft. It fit fine, but I am still getting a vibe. A different kind of course. My question is, must I tilt the pinion so that it is straight with the drive shaft?

that is my understanding, point the pinion directly at the transfer case, but down 2 degrees for axle wrap. with a non CV shaft you want both u-joint angles equal ( down at the transfer case, up at the pinion) to within 2-3 degrees for a vibration free shaft.
