Hey all,
I recently put an NP205 in my junk, and I just got my driveshaft back from
the shop -- I asked them to shorten it since it was used on an NP208. I installed the shaft, and noticed that it doesn't quite turn freely. Could my angle be too sharp with the shorter shaft length for this CV? Are CV joints on
driveshafts made for specific angle ranges?
4WD works, but I can hear a soft clicking coming from what I assume is the CV joint. I really don't want to spend the $$ on CV work to get this right.
I've been working too hard to get my rig wheelin before snow sets in (hopefully going saturday), and I hope this isn't going to be a huge problem.
Any input? Thanks guys!
