i was looking at my k5 today and i think the front and rear u joints are the same. so my question is can i use a front cv joint on the rear to lengthen my rear driveshaft and help on my vibrations it has a 4 in. lift front and rear. the thing shakes bad under accelleration.any help is appreciated thanks

A 4" lift tends to not cause vibration problems, as it usually does not crate that much of a change in pinion angles or shaft length. CV shafts are usually used only with very tall lifts and or with huge amounts of axle movement.
It also helps if you include the type of drive train your running in your rig. Hard to help if we don't even know if you have a fixed yoke or a slip yoke.

it is a 85 k5 blazer with a 305 700r4 np208 4" lift it vibrate horably on accelleration but when i let off the gas and roll it goes away and rides smooth i got the stock shims that came on the rough country springs and did the factory t case drop
Check your u-joints yet?
You shouldn't have to mess with the TC with only 4" of lift. What tires are you running? Could it be your tires are so out of balance that's what you're feeling/hearing? Possibly worn out front end components?
i an running 28/12.50-15's the same tires before the lift all the u joints seem to be fine there is a little side to side movement in the rear u joint but i beleve it was like that before the lift, could a loose motor mount cause a vibe i was just out looking at everything and one motor mount is a little loose.
There shouldn't be any side to side movement in your d-shaft. Change the u-joint and go from there. It's cheap/easy insurance and even if it doesn't fix the problem it'll eliminate one more possibility.
First, there is no factory t-case drop. Moving the spacers that were above the frame rail to below it is a terrible idea for many reasons, mainly that it makes your front driveshaft angle even worse and will crack the frame in short order.
As for your vibration, it could be the pinion bearings going out too. Put the truck in neutral and set the e-brake. Then grab the driveshaft and see if there is any movement. There should be a little rotational movement but no other movement.
