Cylinder compression

What should the compression be in the cylinder of a 98 vortec 350? I am going to check compression tonight and just thought I'd get an idea of what it should be ahead of time.

write down # and no more than 10-15 lbs diffrence in all . or it will run crappy. i would say 150 range.

I only checked 4 of the 8 cylinders last night as it was getting dark, but the four I checked were all right at 180.
