The tag on the 44 says 354 and the ring gear on the 14b is stamped with 11 41.Based on my knowledge,am I correct in the 14b being 3.73 gears? What about the 44?I haven't heard of a factory 3.54 ratio.:dunno:

3.54 ratio is pretty rare but i've seen it before. The best method to know 100% for sure what the gears are is to count the teeth and divide the ring gear by the pinion gear to get the ratio. I've also seen stampings on the gears that didn't match the tooth count, pretty rare to have a mistake like that but it can happen.
