D44 front spindle question

Is the front drum and disc spindle the same or are they different? I am wanting to upgrade my front rotors to a larger diameter and there is just nothing out there. I know I will have to make new caliper brackets. Already planned on it as well as running '03 front Burb calipers. I have already converted my 12 bolt rear to accept 2003 Suburban brakes which are 13". Second question, can I buy new drum hubs?

Just go to the wrecking yard and grab all the front axle outers off a 72 and up right.

But to answer your question, the spindles are different.
