D44 part interchangability

anyone know if the 8 lug parts off of a chevy d44 will work on a ford d44 front in a 78 bronco, its not mine it is my bros he put a 14 bolt in the rear and now wants to convert front to 8 lug having trouble finding 8 lug d44 front for a ford, also will the ring and pinion interchange? thanks for any info

<font color="green"> All of it should swap over. He'll have to change it from the knuckles out to get the 8 lug. The gears will swap so long as the Ford one is not a reverse rotation. </font color>

thanks for the info, i think his is reverse rotation it is a 78 and the pinion set higher than on a reg d44 it is above axle center so i assume it is a reverse rotation thanks again
