Heading:Chevy d44,deroit,4.56's , warn hubs, new shafts :This axle is currently in my blazer but im picking up a d60 this weekend , Anyway the axle is out of a 78 k20...I put new dana 5-760x ujoints in,a detroit locker, 4.56 yukons, and the pass. side has new inner and outer dana shafts, and it also has warn lockouts( lifetime warrently things, i have the reciept)It also has all new interals, bearings, seals and such. The axle itself has less then 400 miles on it since i built it.
Bad news is the upper balljoint on the driver side is toast, easy fix so no biggie. I should have replaced them from the getgo but i got lazy But other then that the axle is good. I really dont need to upgrade because its holding up fine with my 36's but if you have the chance to go bigger why not
