Swapping a cucv 60 into my 78 k5
Trying to find out if the calipers from 77 or 78 will fit the 85 caliper mounting plate

Would like to keep my ss ext brakelines which are 7/16 20 banjo

Rock auto lists 77 and 78 as having this inlet size, but not sure if they will fit the bracket

Any help or other ideas greatly welcomed

Thanks
That saves me from having to get new brakelines

Another question,
Some of the caliper specs call out rear brakeshoe dimensions

I cant take the drums off the 14 bolt ff right now (came off the same cucv) not sure what they are

Im guessing this has to do with jb brake numbers

if i recall cucv only did 13x3.5 rear brakes . on the 1tons . but dont quote me on this .

if you have a tire off the rear meausre the surface area of the drum were the shoe would be . there is 2.5 or 3.5 width .

Thanks Sweetk30

You're right all the 1tons had jb8 brakes

13 x 3.5. Rears and hydroboost
Finally found the specs in my 78 service manual

Just wasn't sure bout the cucv's
