D60 Brake???

Getting ready to do the brakes on the 60. I was looking at the pads
I know on half ton there is a tin strap that goes on the inboard pad that hooks to the pad and goes into the piston is there on that goes on a 60 brake pads?

It doesnt have the braket, set the short pad on the rotor then put the long pad in the caliper and slide the caliper over the rotot and small pad, put in the wedge and set screw
