What are my options to fix this? It's slightly wallowed left and right, but not too bad. Just want to make it round again.

Actually, i think they came like that. My D60 is like that and i've seen several others and they were all EXACTLY the same. I don't like it myself and i'm thinking about making a new perch and welding it in place of the factory one.

I know I could buy a new perch. I was thinking of welding it up around the edge, and then redrilling it? It's not bad, but with the 52's and long shackles my lateral movement is already enough I just want everything tight.

I have drilled the perch holes out round. Built the spring bolt pin head up with weld & ground it back down to fit the new perch hole. Prolly not the best way, but I was broke & it got me back in the road.

Id have to agree. Seen several that were slightly ob-long. Just pulled one a week ago, same deal.

factory slotted a bit. i have seen atleast 6-8 dana 60's i have owned and all like this. no problems with use at all for me.

Ive always pulled the spring to the outer edge of the hole. My truck leans a bit to the D/S, I wonder if makes a difference going to the inside of the hole.
