Why does the left drivers side only turn an 1 1/2" and the right side turns all the way around to lock?

there just different model year hubs. Certain years used 1/4 turn, and certain years used 7/8 turn. I prefer 7/8 turn but my spare is 1/4 turn.

No issues, should be fine.
