D60 good deal?

found a front 60 from an 84Chevy DRW, converted to SRW with new hubs, rotors, calipers, and pads, 4.10 open carrier. 1400$ go for it or not. I got a 44 in my 77 now.

It is not a good deal or a bad one, it is just the going price. Unless you need a Dana 60 axle real bad, you might want to wait until you find a "motivated" seller of a Dana 60 for a better price.

Thanks guys, I thought as long as it was pretty much a bolt in, it might be worth it. I'm a long way from "needing one" but will be looking for one for future upgrade.
