D60 Ingalls Alignment kit

Saw this on a ferd D60 i scored, has an adjustble lower kingpin cap.
At first i thought it was a preload thing to help fix deathwobble.
After doing a google search on the part number i figured out its a camber adjusting cap.
Ingalls part number 60000

Never seen these before, thought it was kinda cool.
Forgive me if this is a repost and has been discussed, i haven't been on here in a while.

Hey Ryan. Haven't seen you around in awhile. I don't hit the NCBD board much since I moved.
