What is the name of the "pin" that holds the spider gears? Is it the PINION MATE SHAFT? I don't have a pic, but it looks like a solid bar, sort of like the rod on a mech fuel pump, only shorter. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

The Dana catalog calls it a "Differential - Shaft" - part # 30263

The GM catalog calls it a "SHAFT, Diff Png" (I guess "png" stands for pinion gear shaft?) - part # 2358883
