D60 rear ??

Trying to help a jeep buddy out. Hes looking for rear disc brake brackets for his Jeep D60 out of a jeep truck. I thought the rears are pretty much all the same for the disc brake brackets. Can he use a chevy,dodge, or ford d60 disc brake conversion on it?? He swears they are different. I dont get jeep people.

Let me rephrase my question. He has a jeep d60 with drums, and he wants to put discs on it. Can he use chevy, and ford brackets?

d60 rear, out of a j20? 8 lug?
i think the caliper bracket is the same, the spacer may be different.

Chevy and Ford use two seperate patterns. They Chevy pattern matches the 14 bolt and the Ford doesn't. Not sure where Jeep fits in but I know they are not all the same. Have him try www.ifsja.net

Dodge is also different from ford and chevy. Havent figured out where to get on yet. Mine is out of a 91 dodge 2wd 3/4 ton.
