I removed the 10 bolt last night and am getting ready to install the D60. My own research and CK5 member comments indicate that the front u-joint should be a direct fit. I pulled one of the u-joint caps and put it in the D60 yoke and it (the cap) is too small.

Is there a different u-joint I can buy that has two smaller caps to fit the d-shaft and larger caps to fit the D60 yoke?

you need a conversion u joint. search for it and there should be a thread that gives the part numbers for the different setup. stock 10b uses a S44, the d60 uses a 1310 size joint

In stock form the u-joints are the same on all Chevy front axles. Sounds like someone swapped yokes on the D60 you're installing. Now you'll need to figure out what series u-joint that yoke takes then you can buy a bastard u-joint to make it all work.
