D60 Tie Rod Ends

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT TO TORQUE THE NUTS THAT CLAMP THE SLEEVE AROUND THE TIE ROD ENDS ON DANA 60?

Not having a sleeved tie rod in awhile now, I would say put it at 35-45 as a guess. All you need the clamp to do is keep the TRE threads from turning, that's not much at 7/8-18 threads. Somebody correct me if I'm mistaken.
