D60 wheel studs

i have an AAM axle in the rear it has metric wheel studs. I am going to be putting new rotors on my D60 and figured I may aswell make the wheel stud threads match. So I just want to confirm that I can just simply press metric studs in place of the 9/16" studs?

best option is pull up the stud for each application and compare specs .

The trick would be to find a metric-threaded stud of similar diameter and knurl length. I find the Dorman catalog absolutely invaluable for doing this sort of mix-and-matching...
