Why are you over there in CA? Why can't you be closer to me? You need to move to CO or KS and I'll buy this from you.

Well, my mom might be headed to KS, but I don't think this will fit in the trunk of her Grand Prix.:doah:

Hay Chris, Might be interested. So whats the difference between a 3HD and a regular D70HD? Whats the spring pad with?

The 3HD is part of the casting ID, and apparently denotes a certain offset of the pinion, as I understood it. It's from a '91 NBS K3500. I can measure the spring pads tomorrow.

Do you have any idea what the NBS denotes? Never herd of that.

Chris, can you measure the WMS TO WMS please? What are the squares next to the spring bolts? Are they welded to the tube?

It looks like 66" WMS-WMS. Spring pads look to be 47 1/4" on center. Those other pads are for the bumpstops, and yes, they're welded on.

And thanks, sweetK30, for answering that while I was gone.:D

Need to take a few measurements and let you know for sure either way.

Hey Robert - if you end up getting this axle I'll PayPal you $100 for that chopsaw. You could leave it with Chris (if he's willing to hold it) and I could get it from Palmdale pretty easy.

I've got no problem holding the chopsaw. For that matter, I don't have a problem shuffling the cash either. Rob could pay me for the axle-$100 and I can just get the other $100 from Longbedder when he comes by. That'd save Paypal fees.:D
Murder79 had talked about buying this axle (phone call), but I haven't heard from him in about a month, so I'm guessing he changed his mind or ran out of money.

I'm firm on the price, 125 is still a good deal for a brand new saw.

I'm out. Still available guys. Bump for Chris.
