Doing hydro assist and crossover, have a 8 lug 10 bolt currently, and was looking for a d60 to do the upgrades too (might as well do it right) but the one place in ok i found that had it cheap (500 bucks) doesn't have any one tons. only other dana 60 I found was 1250 at a junk yards. screw that.

how much do good 10 bolt cromoly axle shafts cost? should i just wait till i find a decent deal on a dana 60? I doubt ill run more than 38's.

also all these junkyards want 30 bucks for an fj shaft. high as hell!

A ten bolt your talkin about would cost almost as much as a stock 60 and be half as strong.
I would wait and find a deal.

x2, I paid $1000 for mine but it has 4.56's, a limited slip, non-neckdown shafts, and 20,000 miles or so, complete lockout to lockout.
