Dana 300 X-Case

Anyone running this instead of a np203? I realize that it's a Heep part and a 205 would be the correct way to go but I have one of these laying around and I can get the adapter from Advance. Is there any down fall to doing this? Thanks.

Assuming you have a TH350, you can probably buy a NP205 with adapter and shifter for the same or less money than the D300 adapter. Then you can sell the D300 to fund driveline mods. You would be way better off with an NP205.

The 300 is a nice gear driven case but its not ment for the big heavy rigs we all have. 205 is the way to go
