dana 44 axle ?'s

ok so i have access to a dana 44 8 lug out of a f-250 but its a closed knuckle axle i was wondering if you can swap the hubs over from the dana 44 to the gm 10 bolt with no major problems, do the outer axles have the same splines, my 10 bolt is a 6 lug 28 spline axle. any advice would be appricated

closed knuckle sucks. its all its own.

and being ford you would need a driverside drop tcase.

and fords stuff is basicly all ford use only and wont swap over.

i wasnt going to swap the whole axle i just wanted to swap the hubs so i could run 8 lug wheels

ford outers are diffrent length than gm/dodge

if you find a open knuckle d44-ford dodge or gm you can swap the outers but also have to swap the stub shaft at the same time usualy
