Dana 44 dually???

Local FB add for what they call a 74 G30, it’s a dually but is that a 44? I’m basing this on the fact there’s 2 u-bolts.

I've seen one before, was on a 67-72 style truck. Couldn't see what the hub looked like, since the wheel was on. But prolly just a bolt on hub, like the newer trucks have, and I remember seeing adds for "dynamic dually" all over.
 
I don't think there was a factory produced 4wd 1-ton truck until around 1977? As mentioned above it could simply be a D44 front axle with some sort of wheel spacers on it to accommodate the factory 1-ton offset front wheels.
