wrecking yard is where I found a bunch.
Lug studs can be had at any parts stores.
Spindle studs, well, have to look around. Lots of driveline shops have them.

no i work at a parts store, no its the spindle studs

When I did my D44 in my old burb a few yrs ago, I bought new spindle studs from my local tire store.

No problem....I also noticed on that site that they sell complete kits for cheaper
