Hi. I'm searching the net to find out what the distance is between the spring pads of a dana44, from full size blazer, and still can't find it. can anyone help?

I've got a d-44 from a 75 k-10 should be the same, also have a 10b front from k-5, I'll do my best to measure them tomm. for ya.

I don't know which is 1st or 2nd generation but i found a pair of axles front d44 and rear 12bolt so i assume is from a full size blazer.

ps i don't live in us

The 6-lug pattern is 6 on 5.5". The 8-lug is 8 on 6.5". /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

I just went out to the garage and measured my '71 D44 and the center to center distance of the spring perches appears to be 31.5". /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

The front axles of these GM trucks are all interchangeable. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
