Looking for the correct way to hook up my steering stabilizer. See the pictures for the way its set up now. Can't really spend the cash on the dual set-up...

I just don't think the previous owner has this set-up right...look passed the fact the current stabilizer is ****...

Thanks y'all

Looks backwards to me.
I put one on my old jeep backwards one time.
Wound up on my side in the ditch.

In my case, putting the cylinder on backwards let the bolt head of the bell crank hit and crimp it during a deep hole.
When I tuned the steering far enough, the piston went past the crimp but would not come back.
Put me in the left hand ditch tugging on the nonpowersteering steering for all my might.

In your case, its not as bad,
but I would turn it around so you have more clearance at the tie rod.

I have also seen them hooked to that unused bracket on the driver side axle tube with the clamp on the tie rod at the other end.

That's okay, but I would turn the bracket on the tie rod so the stabilizer was behind it. I would also cut the bracket off of the axle housing(the one in the first picture) as it might hit the stabilizer body.

Just go to any auto parts house and ask to look at a stock one. What I do (now this is just me) but I find out the stroke of a stock one and buy one that is about 1" - 2" longer. Then mount it dead center of the stroke. Now this method only works if you are not using the factory mounts.
