Dana 60/10 bolt tie rod

Hey I'm new mostly read never post. I just got the Dana 60 in the front of my blazer but it didn't come with a tie rod. I searched and found out the 10 bolt stock one is the same tapper. But when I went to put it on, the threads maxed out b4 the wheels where straight. Is there a different tie rod end I can get that is shorter? It would have to be for passenger side left hand thread. Or maybe this whole tie rod won't work. Tie rod is out off 89 10 bolt. And not sure on d60, codes don't match up to any I found on Internet. Part numbers for Napa would be awesome.

the whole width of a 1/2 and 3/4 ton tie rod will be to narrow for a dana 60 .

you just missed http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/ steering sale . could of got a whole new beefy unit . still good bang for buck at regular pricing .
