so having recently gone 1-ton in my '87 suburban, i noticed that the brake lines were't sealing correctly where the bolted up on the caliper. i'm using standard steel braided brake lines from skyjacker for an 8'' lift. i noticed that the brake lines i took off the 60 looked more like a box where the bolted onto the caliper. should i just take some gasket maker to it? or do i have the wrong brake lines here. any help is appreciated

what year did the d60 come from? pre 80 (i think) would be a 7/16" banjo bolt, and post will be a 10mm. you might have the wrong bolt.

I had to grind a small portion of the "block" on the brake line so it would seat properly. Take a good look at where it is hanging up then pull the line off and hit it with the grinder really quick.

it came out of a '90 crewcab dually. its a bolt with a hole in it. its leaking from the bottom of the end of the line, between the line and the '60. ill mess around with it tomorrow and see what happens
