Dana 60 caliper mounting

My calipers have becom sloppy in their mounts. Both calipers are new, the retainer keys and springs are also new. The springs keep falling out on the road and then the calipers are just sitting there flopping around.

I know that quad4x4 makes(or used to) oversized keys for this problem but they are all out of stock. I don’t know what else to do...

napa has them .

good thing i saved this sheet years ago and scanned it in .

shows how to measure for the correct thickness needed . and they work i have used them before.

82450 = 0 - .060 - std gap thickness
82449 = .060 - .100 - .040 oversize
82448 = .100 - .140 - .080 oversize
82447 = .140 - .188 - .120 oversize
82451 = .188 - .200 - .160 oversize
anymore than .220 gap shows replace caliper and or bracket4wd / knuckle 2wd or both as needed .
