IL look at my k5 when I get home a look at where the stickers are I'm betting they should be on the same end .
The spring centering pin head may be too small for the spring perch hole. I have seen this problem with lift kits, where the spring centering pin heads that came with the kit were too small. This is why sometimes you will see lifted trucks running down the road "dog legging" because the centering pin head was to small for the rear spring perch, and the rear diff shifted. When I have done lifts to my trucks, I put effort into making sure the spring centering pin heads where exactly the correct diameter for the spring perch hole it set into. I have had to buy spring centering pins that had heads that were too big, and carefully grind them down to the correct size, in order to get a perfect fit.

Axle is straight now. The center pin in those spring is offset. One side measured out to 26", the other 27".
Pulled an, put poly bushings in them and flipped the one around.
Stickers are supposed to be oriented the same way.

The lean is somewhere in the cab, cab mounts or my frame is tweaked.
I got it almost leveled out with a Hi-lift lol.
My floor jack maxes out at 23" or so.

I've never had any complaints from any of my neighbors, people ask about the truck all of the time.
One of the people that works for the housing here was doing there rounds (looking for reasons to give out citations) and drove by my driveway, 14 Bolt sitting on the ground truck sitting on jackstands, tools everywhere lol.
She told me I couldn't work on my truck in the driveway and I quoted the policy to her stating the only work I'm not allowed to do is something that could be considered an environmental hazard like pulling my oil pan plug and just letting the oil flow down my driveway into the drainage system or something like that.
She gave me a nice piece of paper that states I can do as I please so long as there is no environmental hazards going on.
I taped it up in the back window of the truck for anyone that wants to try and cite me.
Looks like overload leaves are pulled out. If that's the case, "W" shaped springs will happen soon... Been there and tried that. Specifically with a set of TCI 56" rear springs. The overloads tend to make them too stiff but they need to be there for longevity. And I'm not talking longevity as in they take years to die, I'm talking dead within a couple good trips.

37x12.5x16.5 Goodyear MTR's mounted on stock GM 16.5 steel wheels, I believe they are 7" or so wide (not sure).

I'll be pulling those leaves back out and adding the overload back to them to sell them off.
Makes sense though, probably clap em out pretty quick without the overlaod.
