What is the advantages/disadvantages for running the springless arms. I need to rebuild the dana 60 and im trying to find the right arms to buy. I also need to know what is involved in changing the inner seals other than pulling the case out and putting it back in.

With big tires the kingpin springs can be too soft and cause death wobble. Eliminating the spring gets rid of that problem.

If by "inner seals" you mean the axle/differential seals, you have to pull the hubs, shafts, diff cover and carrier (make sure you mark the side and orientation of the carrier bearing caps).

I would go with a standard arm that accepts the springs. You can always make a spacer and drill and tap the arm to accept an adjuster bolt later if you wish to eliminate the springs. Go the other way and you're stuck with no springs ever.

I thought about getting springless arms also.... I think I'll take 4x4high's advice and get standard arms and add spacers, etc. Not only that, the standard arms are much cheaper.

been running the partsmike springless arms for a month now... not one lick of DW and loving every second of it!:D
