I have a couple Dana 60 Heavy Duty Diff Covers by GLO. They are way stout. they use a 1/2" ring plate, with a 1/4" cover. Covers are fully welded, brand new, never mounted, and unpainted.

The one in the pics is on my axle and is painted but it shows you what they look like.

They are kind of cool, they laser cut around the bolts. :thumb: If that does it for you.

I have more of these than I need. They retail for $110. Asking $90.

Thanks

J

Don't mean to clutter your thread, but where did you get those bolts/ washer for the diff cover? I'm looking for a set for a Dana 60 and 14BFF.

I just got them from a local distributor. I'll try to get a pic of the box so you can see part numbers etc. I like them because they are narrower than hex bolts which minimizes interference with the transition between the ring plate and the cover. Strong too.

have you had any issues with the bolts getting jacked up on trail rocks or stumps, and how come none of these hd covers don't have fill and drain holes

Sorry
Forgot about this. I just picked these up from Fastenal.

The round heads allow them to get some rock rash but still be able to accommodate an allen wrench to remove it. A hex head for example is hard to remove once the edges get smashed up, make sense?

The fill plug is shown top right of the original pic post.

$90 unshipped. If you arrange and pay for shipping I will be happy to drop it at a shipping place of your choice, local to Salt Lake.
