I need to convert a doulie Dodge 60 F to singal. where do I find the parts? also locking hubs or solid hubs.

you can find the SRW hubs on the for sale section of Pirate many times or you can get them new on ebay for like $185 each. Locking hubs or drive slugs is a personal choice. If you drive on the street alot, keep it with locking hubs. if it is a trail-only rig, drive slugs are stronger and simpler...
