Dana 60 Kingpin question

Everywhere I read is that you can't adjust camber with your kingpins. But I found something odd the other day when I took off a steering arm from a Dana 60 I had just bought. Using this picture below for reference, the nylon bushing on the far right has its taper directly in the center (just like they all are).

But, on this Dana 60 I just got the nylon spacer is eccentric. The top of the kingpin is slotted as is the nylon spacer with a key in it allowing me to put the nylon spacer in any 4 locations, in turn adjusting my camber.

Has anyone ever heard of these?

yes, I have seen them, I believe they were aftermarket. Not very common though. For hardcore wheelin I would replace it with a stock Kingpin. For regular use I would let it ride.
 
They were available aftermarket just like the shims that go between the knuckle and spindle. A horrible band-aid, and only needed to cover up a bent housing or other damage.
