dana 60 knuckle! asap!

i need a dana 60 drivers side knuckle. i went to check the fit of my tie rod and the damn hole is reamed out! i cant for the life of me figurd out why? the reamed out hole is tapered too... go figure. anyone know why?

Hapen to both of my knuckles, tie rod was not tight enough.
