after i lock my hubs they won't unlock unless you jack up the front of the truck any ideas

Since your front is welded it is bound up and under tension. You need to relieve the tension before they will unlock. You might be able to go strait for a few feet and see if that helps, or just keep jacking it up until you put the locker in.

my warn premiums are hard to engage sometimes... i just roll the truck straight forward a few feet, or a back a few feet and try again. It works.

Shift the transfer case into 2wd and the tranny into neutral and drive back and forth for a few feet. This will get the bind off the front end and should let the hubs unlock.
