dana 60 lockouts

So I put new king pins in the 86 k30 to get rid of the death wobble went great, when i pulled out the axles they needed new u joints so that is done. Now i have everything together up to putting the hub/rotor on. My question is is that I have got some metal shavings because the inner drive gear is rubbing on the hub body on the manual locking hub. So if i buy new lock outs will they come with this all new or where is a good place to get these parts? Also what would be causing these parts to rub together? I have the warn lockouts. thanks in advance

1more ? the stub shaft has 2 c clip groves on it when i pulled the front apart it only had 1 c clip on the end of the shaft with the two holes for the c clip tool to go into is this right or is this my problem?

My warn hubs did the same thing. I was told it only happens on the 35spline spicer axles. Are yours 35 spline?

I used a die grinder to shave the tip of the axle down so it stopped rubbing.

No just 30 spline. I am just going to get new lockouts and be done with it.
